Frankly why would he care about market reaction as he is first hand no doubt involved in negotations with Chinese and knows how real the possibility of the GSA is.

If he pulls it off sp will rocket. Market just doesn't believe he can do it. If he pulls it off - huge upside - if not - not much lost given market factored in nothing into sp for this at the mo

I have been waiting for right signals to have a punt...now got them so will look at re-entering next week. Pity it came after close so might have to pay a bit more but needed some better signals.
