At 1.2c? Why not compete with them? Whole idea is to reduce equity at discounted prices for shareholders that choose not to sell, ie the 'true believers' thereby increasing returns on equity for long term holders. The opportunity was/is there, take it. I don't want them buying back shares in 6 months time at 1.8-2c or worse after a monetising event when they can be doing so now. There's no 'schedule'. The buy back does not have to run over 12 months- they can purchase the lot theoretically in a day if they wanted to (if they were on offer of course) as long as they stay within the parameters of the average price over the proceeding 5 trading days. I really want them to mop up as much as they can at these prices. When they hit the 10%, come back to shareholders to approve it again. Rinse/repeat
