WTF!!!!!!!!
They have concluded both sales where with net zero they paid it all off 1 year in advance using only shares but with bindtuning it seems they have cut the contract and bindtuning will be giving back all the shares given to it plus $100k.
If i am reading this properly then this is fuken massive and basically derisks any capital raise in the near future.
Anyoe else reading this the same way?
