Management will buy back when they think it is risk free and safe to do so. Few things no one can guarantee like quartz will give us the exact gold we are expecting it will ( it might give us better than we are expecting or worse than we are expecting), secondly gold price not going down (possible it will go up 2.2k or 2.5k but it is possible it might go down to 1.4K)
Good thing is management trying really hard to bring the company cash flow positive and avoiding any financing. If they succeed then we will all get benefits.
