    Never say never. Any more bad news, fall in earnings etc may mean they cannot service their considerable debt. If the administrators are called in someone could pick it up for next to nothing. To speculate on a takeover at around two and a half times the current share price is optimistic in the extreme and,if I may say so, totally unrealistic.
