You are posting as to political and the legislative power of State jurisdictions, ie to overturn previous arrangements. All those State Labor Govts, and now the Federal Labor Govt, using legislation for increased royalties and attacking the mining sector, and in late 2022, the need for energy reserves, all very morally questionable but legal. SGR brand is toxic in the two states (Qld and NSW) and demonstrated once again could not be trusted with a public Casino license. Get used to it, the Casino license may be with another entity in the near future. Public sentiment is now anti-gambling, especially Casinos, such as SGR.
