Andrew Forrest’s Wyloo gains control of ASX-listed nickel miner Mincor Resources (smh.com.au)..
This new came out yesterday. It reminded me about what SPQ's Board has been doing about its nickel tenements, especially the suplphide ones known as Big Mag/Dido. Any farm-outs in the wind?
i found this interesting (extracted from the SMH article that appeared in today's paper edition as per the above link - my emphasis):
Forrest said Wyloo was a major supplier of critical minerals and would play a crucial role in meeting global demand.
“Wyloo has targeted nickel sulphides as they are the greenest and cheapest option for battery manufacturing: they have the best economics, can be processed into battery grade nickel with the lowest environmental footprint and are fully recyclable,” he said.
“We are going to give the market a choice between clean nickel and dirty nickel.”
Now, given this important fact, shouldn't Big Mag/Dido (adjoins Bottletree) be a prize to be won?
