Looks like the classic pump and raise !
Release some good results then quickly follow with a cash grab.
Unfortunatly I'm of the opinion that quite lazy, but tasty, farm animals will fly before any cap raising is above the current share price..
Still, if they need to loot to progress things which are clearly looking quite good then so be it :)
