Nobody can be an expert in many things, even though some people think they are.

Regardless of the science or your opinion on many issues somebody who devotes their time to the opposite side will most likely take you down

generally you need to back science as we cant be an expert on many things, people just dont have the time... but you also need a healthy level of skepticism ...not naivety and a full blown belief in studies as they are sometimes wrong and also not a level of paranoia where you don't know what to believe

So believe in majority of science generally but have a level of skepticism and questioning knowing its not always right
