You must have never created a business where you had to deal with a Market Cap and you never watched Shark Tank. The always talk about constructing a company so it’s not diluted and many Businesses Owners walked away when they knew their acceptance of money would dilute their earlier investors walked away. So this tells me you’re just a feel good investor because what you speak is just emotions.

Why do you think they pause trading at times before an announcement and some announcements say price sensitive. But these are just like you stirring on Emotions. However when you do a capital raise for less than what the share price is trading for on the day to day market …. What do you think happens. …. Take a drink of that Whiskey you own. It affects the day to day share price. When you issue 10 Billion shares and none issues past Seed money investment round what do you think that have effects on … if not the day to day share price. You think trust funds aren’t looking under hood daily…Take another drink of that Whiskey you drinking…… anyway I’ll stop now before I make you DRUNK…….
