Need to get real. The infrastructure and development needs in the DRC go way beyond AVZ and its contribution to the coffers. There are far bigger mining operations in the DRC that dwarf AVZ. Yet the DRC still needs loans to finance infrastructure. We all (or most of us) want AVZ to succeed, but the nonsense that is found and posted is mind-boggling. How many countries rely on loans from the IMF? Well-established countries. Even good old Australia. With all its well-run mining operations.
