You're right most cars will be battery, but not all, and hydrogen doesn't need a big market share to be successful. Even 20% would be amazing!
So many cars are parked on the road without access to a PowerPoint, unless battery technologies increases 300% then big vehicles will go to hydrogen.
as for distribution, making it onsite is actually very easy and cheap. Making it and distributing internationally is harder.
