very good but i dont think every neighbour in the block is doing this analysis. new Coles supermarkets still being built, people shop in new places in their area, plus inflation is lifting prices but way more than 8% at supermarkets i can see, so this is a facility to fight inflation plus the divies imo. just watching if july provides any dips.
