the upside with that strategy is time saving and delegating responsibility but downside is risky it's like going to war without knowing the lay of the land
although not completely relevant to brain surgery is completely wrong dental procedure root canals which are insane but look at the incentives and I will show the results same thing with climate change where do the incentives lie?
