I would be happy with another mine that is not in BF this time rather than announcement of dividends, waf needs something to offset the African risk (ok, that is in dispute but I believe it) and announcement of another mine outside of BF would be better than dividends because all that really does for the investor is 'hey, at least I'm being paid to hold this tanking stock' and there is more African risk now, dividends won't cure that problem but another mine outside of BF, at least that will put some bandaids on the African risk wound and help with the SP longer term.
