The above Bloomberg article explains the reason why the Bank of New York Mellon, State Street Bank, and Brown Brothers Harriman Investment Bank (all banks in the USA) have been liquidating their holdings in MGX . . . it has a lot to do with the recent run on regional banks in the USA.
