AMP's loss in Court had opened the floodgates for more claims now the precedent has been set. There are countless more in the wings waiting to be processed, can AMP survive this, was it expecting this outcome and it should have known it would end this way. Is AMP prepared to deal with it and survive to live on with a clean slate at last. These are my last thoughts for this phase of their ill advised gamut. Why didn't they just settle earlier which can often be less expensive than going for judgement.
