take it you dont own any tools.
all the good ones are always locked up and not just a few chinese bits and pieces
you will also note that they tend to be locked up in some form.
bit shortsighted of you to make comments like that especially if you dont have a trade. some of the tools we/they use cost thousands of dollars so why shouldnt they be able to claim a dog?
