    clearly a halt would be a great lead up, considering it would signify a significant upgrade of FY11 & beyond forecasts. but considering their are no forecasts for FY11 & beyond available, the halt would not be necessary - correct ?

    it was a few weeks ago when it was 'a few weeks away'.
