not sure whether that was a wise move (ARW)???

ARW have a customer base which appears to be expanding. WAS have no such thing!
They have reduced staff costs and streamlined production and are ramping up production. All positives for ARW.
With a few more improvements they should be able to achieve a cash positive flow of money.
Many cost saving innovations out there re biodiesel production which did not exist a year ago.

Admittedly they will now need to find a new financing alternative and very soon!! But then so does WAS!! At least with ARW they could have presented a working business model with a growing customer base.

Very uncertain times for both companies so probably wise to tread warily!
