Just on this. It doesn't quite make sense for a buy-back of dividend distribution to occur whilst OP are selling.
They are selling anyway. It wouldn't make sense for the board to reward them, especially when APAC are enjoying the discounted prices.
I would expect any corporate action to happen after OP selling had stopped.
So I think patience is the game here.
Imagine they would do some kind of dividend to return funds to shareholders after this.
Maybe at the end of the year of Q1 next year after tin has had another run.
Heres's hoping they will have $200-$250M in the bank by then.
