I'm voting no for the extra shares at the EGM ... not because I care that they are going to get their snouts in the trough like they did with NWE ..... but because I want them to know that we are watching their behaviour and we will take action at the AGM's if they attempt to do the wrong thing by us.
I have a lot of shares ... but not enough to my name in the top 20 .. but if more Hotcopper people vote no too, then they will take notice.
