And your point? The fact of the matter is that the DRC is not dependent on AVZ to mitigate its capital requirements for infrastructure. If you cannot understand that this is about the IMF, DRC. AVZ, proves my point about the majority of posts and posters do not either have an understanding and - or are not capable of grasping reality.
And believe it or not, this is about, surprise, surprise, AVZ - DRC - IMF.
Again I reiterate, quite embarrasing.
However, keep grasping at straws. Who knows, you might actually come up with a great idea someday.
