It won't. The only people pushing forward with the "green agenda" are the western democracies captured by the far left/intellectual elite. All the 3rd world + emerging markets + BRICS nations etc. etc. are just paying lip service to stop from being bothered. They will have their growth and prosperity, just like the rest of us. And that will need to be affordable (on it's own) not subsidised by taxpayers (they don't have many yet).
