SZZL needs to have over $40m USD available for it to go ahead.. as at March 31, there was only ~$46m left in the kitty.. so over the past 3 months its fairly likely that at least $6m would have been redeemed from the SPAC holders given ~$115m has already been redeemed to date.. Secondly, the SEC has knocked their F-4 back 3 times now, obviously there is something they don't like.. so there are 2 pretty obvious fail points here...
