So if you look at one of the more recent De-SPAC's LZM:NYSE and their SEC filings, they lodged their first F-4 on April 17, 2023, had 2 amendments and became effective on June 9th, 2023... a pretty reasonable and quick turnaround https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=1958217&owner=exclude

If you compare this to EUR/SZZL - they lodged their first F4 in Decemeber 2022, and if you read page 12 of their June 21st announcement, were preparing to lodge their 4th amendment "in the near future" i.e. they haven't lodged it yet or they would have told you... this process has been going for nearly 8 months, which tells you all you need to know.. something is not right...
