I see the discount to published NAV as well and truly into "something can't be right" territory here. There are really only two possibilities in my opinion:
- NAV is completely unrealistic.
- Unit price is completely underrated.
The money I have on this fund is in the double-or-nothing, "betting on black" category. I suspect the "3 fundies" might have the same view.
