Is there is a lead broker assigned? Has a term sheet been issued?
I corresponded with Wayne Apted recently and he wrote (about the Nebari warrants):
"The pricing is to be finalised on the warrants which only apply to Tranche 1 however this will be outlined in further details in a cleansing prospectus that is required prior to trading resuming on the ASX which we expect in Q3 2023."
I asked for clarification on when we will start trading and he said
"We expect to resume trading during Q3 2023."
