Thats your decision to make from your own research mvc it has nothing to do with me , your free to vote as you like the company will forge ahead regardless of what we do.
You suggested the shipment wouldn't go in July and you could be right, all I've done is pointed out some reasons why IMO it likely will , by the end of July and likely much sooner we will know for a fact....
