There's a shortage of talent everywhere in mining and not many want to work in Africa, he'll be on double to triple what he was for west wits.
I'd say potentially he helps steer west wits as a non executive until it gets up to the 200k oz threshold and he'll be back as MD.
Realistically that's 2-3 years away.
