Not totally true. Sure some in for a quick buck and trade, but remember there is the O oppies element to factor in.
50 million oppies @ 10c a pop for company (5 million) if they can get over the line in the next 70 odd days. So a massive financial incentive for the company and also takes away another capital raise in the short term. Companies never factor these into their costings/finance, but still a huge chunk of cash for very small dilution.
