Clearly many have queried the timelines.
Just want to ask the (seemingly) dumb question:
10.14am AEST - NE email, blah blah blah.
10.21am AEST - ASX announcement re JORC upgrade.
Is / can anyone explain rationally how this can be allowed by the regulator, especially given their (NE's) disclosure.
Once upon a time guys like Renee Rivken (who I hear some ask.....) were all but jailed for insider this and insider that, and now we have NE who repeatedly get to ramp and invest in minnows with prior knowledge, and go UNTOUCHED by any form of regulator.
How the fahk does this continue to be OK?
Pity the fools who paid in the 30's, all the way up to high 30's this morning.
