    MIN hasn’t done anything to ESS apart from ensuring it wasn’t given away for peanuts. The SP is trading higher than the bid MIN successfully blocked on behalf of ESS SH’s. Anyone that thinks what MIN did was a negative has the option of selling out now at higher than what they what’ve got had MIN not saved SH’s from the lowball offer.
