Ann: IHL Intends to Redomicile to US & List all Shares on Nasdaq, page-106

I am not too familiar with Nasdaq so I am still processing this news. I don't have luxury of selling not that I want to, as my average stands at around 20 cents so will be a loss now if I sell. So I will ride it out and see what happens but this listing should be a step in right direction for the company to expand investor base to the US. My only question is what happens to our shares. Is there a conversion factor when they get transferred and what is it?
