The mother lode valuation has not been taken into account, while it has huge potential that potential means nothing until the results of at least one drill hole is known.
I have no idea what that potential will become, I hope it is huge for all holders, until a little more is known I will watch from the sidelines.
Whatever happens the 2.5% EV/R formula is a proven indicator of SP projection, without it you are leaving yourself open to up rampers, manipulators and speculative BS. If you can estimate valuation early you are in the box seat to eliminate risk and project SP potential. Anything else is like wandering around in the dark.
The near surface valuation clearly derisks AW1 at current levels leaving the mother lode as pure blue sky.
