To conform with JORC is not a guarantee. JORC demands that reporting be accurate, comprehensive and transparent and gives lists of what should be reported. You can estimate the tonnes and grade of a resource with a piece of string or a brew kit if you want as long as it is reported properly. Then anyone should be able to read the report and make a judgement as to whether it's rubbish or substantive.
