The have enough for fraccing H1 and J1 to pay back the loan and 1.5 mil in the bank after that. I know for a fact there are a lot more specs out there in a lot worse financial position. To me I think you should step take your lumps like everyone else who plays the specs because mate after your earier call about bankruptcy, I think you might be over reacting a litte.
