Bounced of the 38.2% Fib Target 50%

Bouncing of the Fib's nicely
Support line been tested 3 times, time for a bounce on the 4th ( white line)
Head and shoulders pattern playing out
Resistance at $25.65 or 50% fib
Baltic still falling of the cliff down 64 points to 2216
Not a bad drop I suppose from 4070 last month
