It is not a class action.

It is a private action brought on by Ching for damages caused to him alone, not the rest of us.

A class action must involve informing all shareholders, advertising it, and giving us the opportunity to opt in or out.

Also, as I said, a direct conversation with the liquidators has verified this.

The liquidators have categorically stated that there will be NOTHING for shareholders.

I have been through a number of class actions so I know the drill. I also got very close to starting one on behalf of all NWT shareholders myself so again I know the process.

The best we can hope for is that IF Ching wins a precedent might have be set that would interest lawyers to follow Chings path and do a class action on behalf of shareholders [if anyone wants to put up their hand to kick it off] because he has proven a path to follow.

Howe many class actions have you been part of let alone tried to initiate? Have you personally spoken to the liquidators [who are running the case for Ching?????

Also check out EVERY SINGLE reference you have made in your nexty post showing links to the case and NOT ONE mentions a CLASS ACTION-not one. They all say Ching is SUING [which is NOT!!! a class action] the banks.

I had worked extremely hard to get a class action up and running [which would have included you] and spent hundreds of hours gathering statements, witness accounts, employee and Director evidence, information, and discussing it in very high places!! What have you done?

So, before you throw rocks at people [which wasn't necessary even if you were right] get YOUR facts right, and be a bit more respectful, and nicer, next time!!!
