Underperformed history of CEO, is not really relevant, for a mining company, as world class discovery happens very rarely. Attacking KB, referring to AGO, but ignoring PLS, is clearly biased.
I think the main issue, is dumping from early investors, that's why I said, it requires high volume to flush those profit takers, valuation will adjust according to the upcoming resource estimate.
Those parties talking in the dataroom, must wait for resource estimate to conclude potential deal, if any.
