I wonder if LTR is wanting the 40 mil RMX shares as part of this deal, for the US lithium exposure that RMX is due to outline, maybe offloaded this REE exploration to RMX as a reasonable deal for a seat at the table. Should be a positive for RMX to be working with LTR.
