I completely understand going over to the nasdaq to increase exposure which definitely makes sense but my gripe is with the consolidation ratio. If I buy at 11 cents today on conversion my $11k drops to 8k per 100,000 shares. Am I not better off buying directly on the nasdaq instead or if it were to go to 8 cents then it’s like for like where you don’t lose out on conversation.
