You seem to very conveniently focus on only one aspect that categorizes a stock as illiquid.
There are numerous other factors to consider beyond what you mentioned.
The stock experiences low trading volumes on a daily basis. TICKED
The stock frequently reaches low values. TICKED
There is a substantial gap between the bid and ask prices. SOMETIMES
Institutional investors exhibit a lack of interest in the stock. TICKED
The stock experiences a significant decline in value post-sale. TICKED
As for your other question, the buy and sell queues are pathetically thin (30 buyers/462,205 shares and 22 sellers/304,663 shares). Anyone claiming this is reasonable is fooling themselves. Moreover, most of these orders near the current stock price mysteriously appear after market close and disappear or change just before it opens.
Whether you like it or not, this stock is illiquid, with minimal interest and easily prone to price manipulation.
Just because you're a long-term investor doesn't mean you should deceive yourself.
I'm in the same boat, and I'm currently sitting at a 40% loss.
