Is this not what’s happening?
Placement already issued 75m shares raising $750k
Placement comprises further 25m shares to Dag Stromme to raise $250k waiting approval at meeting
Institutional Entitlement offer supposed to have issued 55m shares raising $550k however as announced “the sole investor” failed to cough up.
I’m yet to find anywhere that suggests who this sole institutional investor is?
Retail Entitlement offer closes 5pm Thursday 13th which interestingly includes one sole investor from Turkey… hmmmm wonder who that could be!
