Not that simple. Negotiating is required when there’s a gap between buyer and seller, in terms or price, or both. We don’t know the size of the gap (like that G?) or each party’s limits … or each party’s timelines. It’s like a game and each party wants to win. In that game there’s no way of determining an accurate timeline.
