Just to make sure.. you guys realise that..
a. The proposal is for the sale of one of CLA’s assets in the Philippines (MCB)? Ie you can bag hold the SpinCo assets for free (incl Botilao, Sagay & Opuwo).
b. The offer for MCB is in the form of SilverCorp scrip - ie you can participate in the upside of the company putting MCB into production and monetising the raw materials contained.
All I read here is that is 3cps and it’s too cheap which makes me think most don’t understand the deal.. it ain’t 3cps at all… it’s [X] shares in SpinCo and a piece of SilverCorp (which by any calculation is very undervalued itself) who has the MEANS to put MCB into production and cash flow.
