Admire your positive attitude toward POS. I have been a bad boy time to time(Posting negative comments) and even got warnings from XYZ(?) me posting too many negative posts.

From my understanding (last presentation by Peter Harold) that matter is with lawyers(60 page document by both parties), Lawyers will do what they are known, find missing comma and charge to their clients. Speeding up process is not feasible as lawyers decides it.
..
Just chill out and wait for the announcement.
