This is 100% correct. And as I recall, The PIGS group defended and supported to ensure JL and the Management teams votes of EXTRA Performance Based Shares got through. Because their salaries were not enough.
So many other assets were discounted by the super management team, for an asset that JL already had his eye on. Mark my words, JL has been and will be continually looked after regardless of the outcome of this vote. To think he works for us shareholders is just naïve. He's been Hartrees lapboy from the start.
I agree the plan was always to privatise. Who is stupid enough to fail with 3 attempts to relist??? Not 1 attempt to get the big boys in to solve it. But by all means
