When we initially started this campaign, it was with the sole intent of getting the best outcome for all shareholders, and it was through listening to what shareholders wanted versus what the big players / larger shareholders & funds were pushing for.
The AGM was the icing on the cake so to speak (unfortunately it was only the directors / management) that are enjoying that cake, but the ultimate insult to retail shareholders came with the Company's decision (after discussions with shareholders, purportedly) to take the liquidity route wanted by (large institutions, larger shareholders) versus to what retail shareholders (that have contacted us) wanted, cash returned now and LLL shares returned post escrow.
No one gives a brass razoo about retail shareholders, including the Company. They can shout from the tree tops all they like, but when you have a Top 20 list that is full with institutions, brokers, funds etc versus a very small number of retail investors then it will always be the case.
I changed my mind, I didn't want to wait for a Company that cannot answer a phone, won't reply to emails unless using a paid PR company and were not aligning with my wants.
Hence the campaign was born,

We decided, we would have a crack.
We wanted to get what the masses wanted, and we certainly wanted to give the "mum and dad" retail shareholders a voice, the amount of support has been inspiring to keep going, it was our motto == you own 1 share or 1 million shares and you want to add your holdings as support, everyone is welcome.
The Go Fund Me page was created out of a necessity, with the Company using the Company appointed lawyers against a couple of old coots, we were no match for them, we had to get advice by a specialist Corporate lawyer.
We appreciate all the amazing and generous offers but could we refrain for highlighting any specific ones?
As we embraced the ideals of 1 share or 1 million shares we welcome you, the same goes for donations, $1 or $100, it all counts and it is all welcomed and appreciated.
We thank you for your ongoing support, 1st mistake the company made was pee'ing off a franky1, 2nd one was pee'ing off a fooca and a double jeopardy whammy when a fooca is also a frank
