interesting reading today. just wondering how shareholders believe that management would be able to sign a commercial deal with our battery tech yet ?
with AnteoX, from the company presentation, we had these kpi's in the sept quarter
- Construction commences on Anteo XTM production facility
- Development agreement/s with EV company
- Targeted Commercial agreement – Trinseo
so we are just starting construction on the production facility this quarter.
from the trinseo MOU announcement
- The MOU defines a clear set of mutually agreed deliverables that, upon execution, will result in a commercial agreement or agreements.
one of these being
- Development of joint roadmap to market including the scaling of production and supply chain management.
so a commercial agreement won't be signed until scaling of production is achieved. we are targeting a commercial agreement with trinseo in this quarter , so management believes that the above deliverables will be executed in the next 2+ months at the latest. I expect a similar hold up for other AnteoX deals.
then with our silicon anode, from Manuel's interview,
"Wieser said AnteoTech has already demonstrated pure silicon anode battery cells that achieve 500 full charge and discharge cycles while retaining 90% of the battery’s initial capacity with the
full silicon anode product being in late-stage development."it's not fully developed yet, so how can there be a commercial deal ? from the presentation, December quarter
- Targeted Commercial agreement – Wyon
Wyon's Mou involves the development and production of customised, rechargeable miniature and micro batteries – specifically for the MedTech market. so again a commercial deal isn't possible yet but should be within the next 3-6 months. which tells us when the full silicon anode product will be fully developed.
I had hoped things would move faster than they have. definitely have. but management have given us kpi's and timelines. many of them will/should be delivered in this quarter. just reread the last company presentation it's stacked with info.
everyday leads us closer to the development agreement with an Ev company.
which one will the agreement be and which EV company will it be ? from David's interview
"We have multiple other international parties that we are working with, with a view to entering into commercial agreements. So, these could be a licence deal, they could be an offtake distribution agreement, or it could be a joint development agreement."
